We are very happy with the service of the Property Management team, they have been excellent. They were able to find tenants for our properties without having to advertise and their communication throughout this process was great. We are confident that our properties are in good hands and being well looked after.

Emily was great, I came to her after not being able to get my property rented through another agency and she was able to get a great tenant for me in record time.

Emily from RWR was amazing to deal with. She was always very helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. She returned phone calls promptly and kept me in the loop with what was happening with my property. I would highly recommend her!!

Emily’s professionalism and sound knowledge of property management helped navigate us through the daunting process of securing suitable tenants for our investment property. We were constantly updated every step of the way and most importantly Emily responded promptly to any queries or concerns that we raised. We were very impressed and pleased that the home was leased in a short period of time due to Emily’s efforts. It was a pleasure to deal with Emily and be instilled with confidence that the right tenants would be matched with the home!

I purchased a vacant property and was amazed at how fast the agents organised a new tenant. Efficient and very professional.

I found Emily to be very helpful and also dedicated to providing a good service the only downside why i didn't give highest score possible is because I felt some of the contractors they use for maintenance are questionable in their pricing and service delivery thank you

Emily has made our experience as stress-free as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Rockhampton market and helped us identify great locations within our chosen suburb. She was very proactive in finding us tenants and we have secured what appears to be a great tenant. Emily was very happy to help us throughout the entire process, from giving feedback on locations, to advice on individual properties, including market analyses, and undertaking inspections. We strongly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a PM in the Rockhampton area.

After having poor experiences with other property management firms it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Emily at Ray White. Professional from start of process to tenant entering house, ongoing management and support has also been excellent to date. Would recommend to any landlords looking for a new property management team
