Firstly, Genavieve Cooling. Genavieve was amazing from the beginning, she was very professional, approachable and respectful in every interaction. She organised a last minute viewing of the property I ended up purchasing (as well as others despite me being on a time restraint) and managed to show us through with the little spare time she had. Genavieve then continued to communicate with me answering all my questions immediately and the ones she could not she returned with an answer in a timely manner. Genavieve could not have been more helpful and I would recommend her services to everyone. Secondly, Emily Horan. I first contacted Emily to enquire about rental rates and fees as a potential land lord. Emily was very helpful and professional at all times. After I had been successful in the purchase of the property from Genavieve, I contacted Emily again and explained my situation as an investor, Emily went above and beyond to keep me informed in the land lord process. After a short conversation with Emily she already had some potential tenants lined up, and within days a contract had been signed. I would recommend Emily and her services to everyone. In short, both Genavieve and Emily were absolutely amazing. Their knowledge and services could not have been better and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole process from first enquiring with Genevieve to eventually leasing my new property through Emily could not have been smoother. Amie is very efficient in handling my property. She responds immediately to issues relating to my property and have them fixed ASAP. Recently, the tenants indicated they were breaking the lease. Her advice was to release the tenants from the lease break as there was opportunity to increase the rent and there wouldn't be a problem finding new tenants during December-January. True to her advice, she found new good tenants in less than 3 days after putting up the advertisement, and with the desired increase in the rent.
