Amie is very efficient in handling my property. She responds immediately to issues relating to my property and have them fixed ASAP. Recently, the tenants indicated they were breaking the lease. Her advice was to release the tenants from the lease break as there was opportunity to increase the rent and there wouldn't be a problem finding new tenants during December-January. I was very impressed with Emily Horan from our first meeting when we discussed leasing our home.
