Firstly, Genavieve Cooling. Genavieve was amazing from the beginning, she was very professional, approachable and respectful in every interaction. She organised a last minute viewing of the property I ended up purchasing (as well as others despite me being on a time restraint) and managed to show us through with the little spare time she had. Genavieve then continued to communicate with me answering all my questions immediately and the ones she could not she returned with an answer in a timely manner. Genavieve could not have been more helpful and I would recommend her services to everyone. Secondly, Emily Horan. I first contacted Emily to enquire about rental rates and fees as a potential land lord. Emily was very helpful and professional at all times. After I had been successful in the purchase of the property from Genavieve, I contacted Emily again and explained my situation as an investor, Emily went above and beyond to keep me informed in the land lord process. After a short conversation with Emily she already had some potential tenants lined up, and within days a contract had been signed. I would recommend Emily and her services to everyone.
