I interviewed a few agents before putting my property on the market. Mike was the only one that demonstrated he knew his stuff, from sales statistics and prices in my area to the sales techniques of other agents and he clearly showed me why he was the best. I cannot rate Mike highly enough!! My house had been on the market for 6 months with another agent. In that time I had not received any offers of interest on my property. I went to Mike as I had seen how highly he was rated by others. My house went back on the market with Mike and within 4 hours he had shown the house and an offer was made! 4 hours!!
