Having already moved on, we needed to sell our family home as quickly as possible. I was scheduled to meet with a few prominent agents from our area and then decide who to go with after meeting up. Mike is on top of his game, with professionalism and charisma, his marketing strategy, buyer database, negotiation skill, but most of all Mike is a genuine nice guy, needless to say I was impressed and knew we would succeed. The property was marketed perfectly, photography was amazing, and people were lining the street waiting to enter our first open. The online attention, and glossy handouts were second to none- I've kept a copy just for memory sake - they are that nice. Throughout the process Mike was always available to discuss Offers, explain situations and guide us through decisions. We were ALWAYS well informed about the progress of our sale. I was impressed. Mike Lao started out as my agent, but as we negotiated, made tough decisions, had a laugh, and finally got the sale - Mike became a trusted adviser. Mike had amazing area knowledge and when combining that with the latest and greatest IT solutions we were able sell our home quickly and for a price that exceeded all my expectations. We sold our much loved home through Mike and his team at Ray White Salisbury. We found Mike on local agent finder and was extremely happy with him from day one. He made us feel at ease and comfortable through the entire process. We were very lucky to sell our home quickly, Mike and his team achieved a great result for us. The advertising of our home through to the open inspections were flawless. Mike was easy to contact all hours of the day and night and kept us in the loop through the entire process. We chose Mike as my Agent to sell my property as we can see his ability in selling the Property are very high. But it was more than was we expected when he sold the property for the very high prices then what I would like it to be. The property was Under Contract in the first week opened and we can't believe it got so many competitive buyers, this is because Mike and his team did a very hard job to make this happened. I had listed my house with another agent. For 2 months all i heard was we had to lower the price, this is wrong, that is wrong, your problem is selling a house in this area is usless. I was deveststed as we had spent months msking our house perfect, it was a great area on a great street. Houses didn't go on the market that often and when they did they sold instantly. We did get an offer and sone interest but it would always fall through. So after 2 months of batterings we sacked the agent, had a few weeks break and then listed it with Mike Lao. I told him good luck as i think i am the only one in Australia that has a house you can't sell. Soooo. Mike listed the house on monday and buy the first open 6 days later we had 4 good offers. By the time we found this out, mike had already done the hard yards and had cemeted the 2 best offers. All we had to do was choose. It was the easiest experience with no stress. 3 weeks later house was sold. Mike and his team were so perfessional. It was all business and no wishy washy stuff. Not only did they look after us they looked after the buyers to. So if you want a hassle free no stress sale go to mike and his team.
