We have two properties leased through Robinson property. The process of getting a tenant has been smooth and easy. Robinson care not only about getting a good tenant at a price that works for us, but also about making sure the tenant has a nice, liveable space to call home. We had to put in some work to get there, but it’s nice to know that, even in the current market, they care about the living conditions of their tenants.

Nothing really went wrong. Our interactions felt rushed and the communication was demanding. We have the house which I'm grateful for, although all I remember of our agent was getting deadlines that were often only 12 hours long to submit paper work bond etc. There was no "foreplay" and I wasn't really sold the property. I wanted it and met the criteria. It's probably because the housing market is stupidly competitive at the moment, where an agent can just operate the path of least resistance.
