Upon inspecting my property for the first time, the Real Estate Agent was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. The property was very clean and in an excellent condition and the application process was the easiest process I've experienced thus far. No third party apps/accounts involved, simply applied through the Real Estate website/app where I found the listing to begin with.

Agent was so accomodating and helpful. The process is really smooth and fast. It only took about 3 to 5 days from scheduling of inspection to the turnover of unit. The agent is also really helpful even after the contract signing and move in. Felt secured and safe transacting with the agent.
