Lynette at Space Property has been taking care of my needs for almost 8 years . We downsized to an apartment and listed our beautiful home for rental. It is not just a rental but our home and it was important to find good tenants that would treat our home like their own. The team at Space property have always understood this and patient with our specific requirements. They are thorough with finding the right fit and from marketing to entry and end of lease inspections and every request in between they have not disappointed.

I’ve been with Space for a long time and they continue to provide good service. For the recent tenant transition, Nikita was thorough and collaborative in her process and identified suitable replacements without losing many days in the handover.

I inspected the property, expressed my interest and they were super helpful in communicating times for new inspections, how to apply and whether my application references weren’t processed for a better chance. As soon as I was approved, I was contacted immediately, explained the next few steps and my lease was signed within the next hour. This is the first real estate I have been with that are very clear and consistent also fast with how quickly they get everything done.
