I inspected the property, expressed my interest and they were super helpful in communicating times for new inspections, how to apply and whether my application references weren’t processed for a better chance. As soon as I was approved, I was contacted immediately, explained the next few steps and my lease was signed within the next hour. This is the first real estate I have been with that are very clear and consistent also fast with how quickly they get everything done.
