I was in contact with Jessica, who's a lovely real estate agent, very responsive and quick on her actions and steps towards the preparation and signature of the lease. I haven't moved yet, but I am confident that this will go smoothly. What I loved the most about this agency is that I did the inspections with no other people scheduled for the same 15 min allotted time (I hate when we are 20/30 to inspect the same property) and the questions were addressed induvial and quickly.
