Being new to Australia, I had lot of question in renting a property. She was patient enough to explain each step in renting the house, filling documentations etc. The property was cleared of all pending issues within just 2 days and handover on time.

This might not seem like much, but given majority of other agents not even answering their phone to take enquiries, I was blown away.
