The sale of our property in Drysdale was anything but straight forward. Having initially sold quickly the sale was subjected to what was delay upon delay to the purchaser obtaining finance. Rhonda never gave up, following the everchanging events and keeping us informed of developments. When the initial buyer eventually pulled out of the sale Rhonda was able to introduce another party within days that resulted in a quick sale when it looked as though the process would have to start again from scratch---to much relief and joy on our part!
