The bottom fell out of the market just as the property was listed, due to interest rate rises. This was not foreseen and adjustment had to be made. There were many open house days, the advertising was excellent. My daughter had dealings with Brett through sales for other entities and this was one of the reason that The Edge was selected by us for the sale of the property. There was a change of agent representing us (to Tami Lever). She was very pleasant and efficient, always responded when called and there were no problems with her management. The settlement price was $30,000 below the original asking price (which had been suggested by The Edge as "market value".) This was disappointing, but Tami had recommended that it would speed up the process, as a quick settlement was a priority.
