It is fitting that Tom's office is located close to the Harbour. We set out on a voyage to sell our loved property in Sawtell with Tom at the helm. Initially the waters in the harbour were calm and all was well. Then we became becalmed and doubts arose as to whether we would ever reach our desired port. BUT water and weather changes! The sun shone, the winds blew and we were making great progress again. Then the storm clouds appeared and the waves began to toss us around. We retreated into our cabin fearing that we may have to abandon ship. All the while Tom, the captain of our vessel, was guiding it and us safely towards our destination. Tom's knowledge of the local market and the process involved in selling a property was akin to the knowledge and skill of an experienced skipper. We thank Tom for ensuring that we reached our destination and for keeping us fully informed regarding the progress we were making at all times.
