Early in 2015 we approached Andrew Pearce of Tweed Sutherland First National of Bendigo and several other Agents to assess our home for sale. After some deliberation we decided to give this task to Andrew. After thanking us, his next step was to seek our permission to bring his team through the house and get their opinion on what our home was worth. They agreed with his assessment. From the moment we first approached Andrew until our house was sold, Andrew conducted himself in a highly professional and polite manner. His appearance was impeccable at all times. He was always approachable and kept us up to date weekly on what was happening in the Real Estate World and how our property was faring. Our house was not an easy one to sell as it was built for my husband and I and showcased our needs. At the time of building it we never thought we would ever sell it. The property is situated twenty kilometres away from the Bendigo CBD on nearly six acres of bushland.
