Andrew was recommended to us by two different friends who had asked him to sell their houses. I worked in a position for many years which had me dealing with most of the Real Estate Agents in our city. We discussed the sale of our house with a couple of these agents but was not satisfied with their professionalism and service. We then spoke to Andrew. Andrew arrived at our appointment on time with a colleague (other Agents were late) . They studied our home and area and asked many questions. Andrew also produced documentation of house sales in our area as a way of arriving at a sale price. We found Andrew to be upfront, informative and easy to get along with. His knowledge gave us confidence in his and TSFN to sell our home at a figure we wanted and with very little fuss. During the open for inspection times Andrew kept us informed with numbers and reasons why people were visiting our home. He kept us informed during the negotiation of the sale and obtained a sale price we were very happy with. I now recommend Andrew to anyone who will listen and I know he has received a couple of sales from our word of mouth. It is so refreshing to find someone in your industry that is a nice bloke!
