I chose Giles to sell my house in Bayview Heights because I did some research prior to making contact and we agreed to work together to get the results. What I noted was that he had a lot of experience in selling houses in Bayview Heights; the houses he listed were not on the market for very long prior to sale and his marketing strategies worked (eg. open house every weekend).
