I recently enlisted Brenton to sell my property in redlynch, I went with all of Brenton's suggestions, marketing, photography and price. Within a short time the property was under contract however this crashed due to the buyers finance. As you could imagine this was a bit of a kick in the guts. Our new home was handled by Damien one of Karl's agents. He was a very nice person to deal with, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for him especially the amount of questions we had regarding the house. We also very much appreciated the help he gave us with the owner who allowed us to put our belongings into a room in her house until settlement. This made our move a lot easier and we thank Damien for his help. Damien is very knowledgable about the area and was able to help us with tradesmen etc that we needed after we moved in.
