The next morning he had already organised the marketing and had planned the first open for the coming weekend. Mark knows White Rock and the market, he was very open and helpful when I had any questions or concerns about the presentation of the property, marketing or sales procedures. After each inspection or contact with a potential buyer, he was on the phone giving me an update. Pretty much we were in contact all the time. The property was actually sold while I was overseas. Karl from the go get took a good look at the sale of land I owned and advised me on what was required being clearing the land, getting some good photos of the property to highlight it's city views and most importantly a good price to ask for the sale and also the expected price range. The land was sold within two weeks at slight discount which is really amazing, more so when other agents in the past were not either able or interested to sell it at a lower price.
