Very happy with the service and of course Andrew was outstanding as well
Andrew did the signing of contract and all the follow up as well, and was excellent with his communication to me, and made me feel very confident along the way when I was feeling a little concerned over the building report. Andrew would always confer with Karl as well, so I knew that I was getting the correct information at all times, and not left in the dark. I would recommend both Karl and Andrew for any potential seller or buyer.

Made it easy
Tim was very clear and upfront about the house and what the sellers wanted. He was happy to find the answers for all our questions, no matter how quirky. He guided us through the whole process and gave good recommendations for conveyancers and mortgage brokers. Thanks Tim!

Easy purchase
Shira was extremely helpful. Allowed me to inspect and make my own decisions without bombarding me with "sales talk" or any sense of sales pressure. Happy Customer Great Agent
Kevin was great to work with and even tough we had lots of extensions he was patient and even spoke to the vendor on our behalf to make the deal happen. He had a very good knowledge of the area we purchased in and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency and if I need or want to sell in the future Twomey Schriber will be the first agency I call.

Couldn't be happier
Shira astounded me with the amount of effort she put into selling our property and getting the price we wanted. I was updated on status and options on a regular basis, her advice was always spot on and I just couldn't have asked for someone with more diligence and expertise. Even with a deadline to meet, she came through and did it in a way that made sure both the buyer and I walked away happy. Truly a super agent.
