My apartment was one of many for sale in the same block and although the competition was tight Shira, through sheer hard work and tenacity, managed to get me a multiple offer situation with 3 potential buyers ensuring that I got the highest possible price and in just 4 weeks. Was very disappointed that I was told if I did the both houses would give me a good rate for commission. After speaking with other agents that was not a good deal that I got so will be putting my other house with another agent. After all it did sell without going into the paper. The couple pulled up and my daughter happened to be at the house and the lady wanted to buy right away and she said you would have to ring Giles and they waited an hour.
