“Wow, what a breath of fresh air! We had our property on the market with another agent and had a nightmare 3 months before Brenton came along. He was referred to us by a friend and the minute we met we knew he was going to help us! Brenton showed us what we needed to do and we followed his advice to the letter. Then, ONE WEEK after hitting the market with Brenton, the property was sold! From the first day we started with Brenton he was always in contact with us and took care of everything along the way, right through to settlement day. He made our lives easier! I would certainly recommend using Brenton Popp if you want your property sold. Erika and Mario”

We had tried to sell our house privately with no luck. We had been recommended Mark by a friend and from the first meeting we had with him we both felt comfortable and like he was an old friend. Mark sold our house at the very first open home for us. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome or agent. Thank you Mark!

After such poor dealings with many other agents it was refreshing to meet Damien. He was very helpful, friendly and energetic. I would strongly recommend him to others.

From previous experience selling another property I found the whole situation stressful. After meeting Mark at an open home behind my property I found his expertise and solid knowledge of the property market reassuring. He asked all the right questions as to my decision to sell, understanding the timing awareness of my situation -very much client motivated. Communication was prompt , professional and always available. Mark was extremely proactive in chasing new leads and keeping in constant contact, letting you know quickly where you stand within the market place and potential buyers. I am more than happy to recommend Mark as your agent for his professionalism, knowledge and great communication skills, making selling my home a positive experience. Regards, Brigitta

This was our 3rd property Karl has sold. Two r/estates I engaged.Needless to say Elite R/Estate was the one that came forward again.Inital consultation was for me to access all information.Karl's presentation included valuable input which included independent sources which help me with my decision. From then on his whole team geared up for action and off they went.SOLD within 2weeks. Thanks guys all have been a great help.Sale price was way above what we thought it would fetch. That comment was based on what the other Real Estate thought we could achieve. Thanks again from Graham

We bought our house from Karl and his team 2 years ago so had no hesitation when we needed to sell. They were amazing through every step of the process and we can't thank them enough for getting us such a quick sale and a great price. No hesitation in recommending them at all!

As an absent landlord who did not have the opportunity to meet Alexie face to face, I was impressed with his enthusiasm and commitment to handle the sale of my investment property. I especially appreciated his willingness to assist in getting the property ready for sale and had no hesitation in leaving matters in his hands when I was unavailable overseas.

Alexi was very knowledgable about the area that we purchased and understood how to break down info to a new investor like myself. He was very easy going relying on expert knowledge to ensure negotiations were clear and precise. When it hit crunch time Alexi went above and beyond for us ensuring minor issues were solved ready for handover date. He kept me up to date and made sure I was happy through settlement period. Thank you mate I have already recommended you to others!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Shira for the sale of our property in Palm Cove and couldn’t be happier. Shira was recommended to us and lived up to our high expectations, going far beyond the call of duty throughout the process. Her communication and advice was excellent and kept us informed and relaxed throughout the sale. Her local knowledge and professionalism was the key to achieving an impressive result. Shira is a passionate and hardworking agent that we simply cannot fault. Thank you Shira. Best Grant and Ross
