Fantastic agents. as we bought out first home, they were the only agent who consistently called when something new came up that suited us. We really felt like they were working for us even though we knew they were employed by the sellers. Then, through out the sale process and even after settlement nothing was too hard. Damien McLeod was the agent from Elite who was helping me find my new home. From the start I felt he was sincerely interested in helping me with my search. Being a very organised person I had my criteria for a house on a sheet which I handed to 5 or 6 agents during any open homes I found in the paper. Damien was the only one who got back to me with suggestions that might suit my criteria. He was friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble for him. If he didn't know an answer to a question he would find out and get back to me. During the purchase process, he rang me regularly letting me know what stage we were at. He was also very helpful after the settlement with recommendations for Tradies I might need in the future. Karl touched base with me a couple of times as well to make sure I was happy. Great job Guys!!

We would highly recommend Shira David Stern as an agent. Shira went well above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf, arranging and attending our photoshoot on a public holiday, rolling up her sleeves to help finish tidying and styling. She happily conducted inspections on Sundays and arrived early to make sure everything looked its best. Shira continually impressed us with her professionalism, reliability and willingness to do that little extra. She was accommodating at all times and always showed curtesy to us and our tenants. We would certainly use Shira again should we sell in the future.

I have known Kev Twomey on a personal level for over 10 years, throughout this time I have seen Kev work within his field with great levels of professionalism and tenacity. When it was time to put my house on the market, he was top of mind. Our initial meeting was very casual but exciting, I called upon his advice and knowledge to guide me through the process from start to finish. Nothing was too hard, if anything it seemed fairly easy which played on my emotions as selling a house can be very stressful. I was greeted with an unexpected gift basket at work one morning from Kev, which had a wealth of information in it plus some tasty goodies. I was impressed as I could do my own reading from the data supplied, which compiled of his story, snap shot of my home and stats of the area of recent sales in comparison to my house, his fees, advertising options, time frame of anticipated sale of contract what happens next and what to expect from the unexpected. They say knowledge is key and it sure lightened the load to be provided this. After doing a few minor touch ups around the house I went to contract and my property hit the market in record time. We were open to allowing Giles to conduct private viewings of our property and took great comfort in knowing he would only request a private viewing if the potential buyer was genuinely interested.
