I had been struggling to get a rental property in Perth (Kewdale Area). Luckily I came across a house that was being managed by WELSH Property Management. My experience started with Michelle Welsh. She was extremely helpful in providing me all the necessary information regarding renting. Then I was in contact with Robin Welsh and the way he treated our case was extremely professional. Afterwards our case was handed over to Karen and she was also incredibly helpful in completing all the necessary requirements. All the way at every step we did not stranded. All the way I was updated at every step everyday and mostly more than once in a day.
