She was extremely helpful in providing me all the necessary information regarding renting. Then I was in contact with Robin Welsh and the way he treated our case was extremely professional. Afterwards our case was handed over to Karen and she was also incredibly helpful in completing all the necessary requirements. All the way at every step we did not stranded. All the way I was updated at every step everyday and mostly more than once in a day. We wish we'd found Welsh sooner to manage our residential property (which is on the other side of Australia from us). They listen to our concerns, then give helpful advice. When something needs fixing they let us know, then get on with the job of organising tradies. Their on-line portal works well, but they don't just assume we're aware of things - they phone or email us whenever something needs attention.
