We wish we'd found Welsh sooner to manage our residential property (which is on the other side of Australia from us). They listen to our concerns, then give helpful advice. When something needs fixing they let us know, then get on with the job of organising tradies. Their on-line portal works well, but they don't just assume we're aware of things - they phone or email us whenever something needs attention. When it came to finding a new tenant, their campaign was professional and effective. And all their staff are refreshingly pleasant to deal with! Well done Welsh!

My first encounter with Welsh Real Estate was at the viewing of the above property. The gentleman was friendly and approachable and seemed happy to answer everyone questions who attended. My application was approved for the property above and I have found the communication to be excellent. They have bern very helpful and have kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am yet to move in to the property, but my experience so far with Welsh Real Estate has been very positive and pleasant.
