Happy Tenant for the above Property
My first encounter with Welsh Real Estate was at the viewing of the above property. The gentleman was friendly and approachable and seemed happy to answer everyone questions who attended. My application was approved for the property above and I have found the communication to be excellent. They have bern very helpful and have kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am yet to move in to the property, but my experience so far with Welsh Real Estate has been very positive and pleasant.

Very thorough and communicative.
Welsh are up to speed using the latest platforms to communicate and track issues with housing to link buyers to clients. We are renting a property using them. We can access information through the portal very well.

Timely communication
Good and timely updates from all agents and easy requests on the tenet app, can be easier to contact the property agents if a direct line is provided but overall happy with services

Great service by the Welsh Real Estate team
We purchased a unit as a rental property, tried privately renting it out. Potential private tenant panned out. Reached out to Ross and the team at Welsh R/E. Property was advertised, property viewings held and a suitable tenant found and signed up within a week or so. We received ongoing communication from the team to let us know the status of how things were progressing. Very professional group of staff that worked on our property.
