I am a new to Welsh Real Estate. I had a good experience while applying for a rental property. Staff are friendly and convenient while talking through phone or meeting personally.

I've been renting for for 15 years and Welsh Real Estate has been the best by far. They are very efficient in communicating and organize property inspections, handling maintenance issues and renewing tenancy lease agreements. Welsh have gone above and beyond in particular Robin who went out of his way to organize a new rental property for my family and I recently. He made the new lease signing and bond transfer so easy it really has taken the stress out of moving.

At a hectic time of year for my partner and I to be moving, the team at Welsh Real Estate couldn’t have been more professional and accomodating in making our move as easy as possible. Every request we had was answered to with urgency and we were made to feel important and valued as a new client. Can’t recommend them enough with much thanks!

Welsh have been fantastic! This is the second time we have used them to manage our property. They always contact us in a timely manner to make sure all requirements are met to start leasing out our house. The communication is just excellent and everyone we deal with at the co many explains everything in detail and is very patient in answering any questions or queries we have. I also love how we don't really have to do much. Welsh takes all of the work out of our hands and we get to relax knowing our property is being well looked after.
