Welsh have been fantastic! This is the second time we have used them to manage our property. They always contact us in a timely manner to make sure all requirements are met to start leasing out our house. The communication is just excellent and everyone we deal with at the co many explains everything in detail and is very patient in answering any questions or queries we have. I also love how we don't really have to do much. Welsh takes all of the work out of our hands and we get to relax knowing our property is being well looked after.
