Good Agency.
Welsh property management responses quickly when there is things in the house that needs to be fixed. They have qood contractors to maintain the property.

Went the extra mile to help
We were pleased with the service provided by Welsh Real Estate. They helped us view a beautiful property and made the process of applying very easy. The application was sent to the owner the same day and we got a result in the afternoon. They have helped provide accurate information to help us with the move and getting set up.

What you actually want
It's no secret that owning an investment property is not all bells and whistles, and so majority of us pay for an agent to manage our property. Time and time again, you hear horror stories of poor agents not fulfilling their promises, being absent or idle, or simply not communicating. Welsh Real Estate is none of these things. They are reliable, efficient, diligent, excellent communicators and have shown they understand the market better than others. If you are reading this, then I recommend you at least get in touch with Welsh, they're good enough at their job to win you over from there. Thanks to the Welsh team all your hard work.
