Its quite simple review, I wanted results and I received results. These guys are good at what they do. Have no issues to manage my additional properties should the need arise.

Welsh managed the transition between tenants very professionally and have kept me informed throughtout the whole process. It gives me great comfort to know that the management of my property is in good hands whilst living interstate.

Experienced excellent customer service from the entire team at Welsh, especially Karen and Craig. They were efficient, professional and courteous, a real pleasure to deal with! More than anything else, they listened and understood my circumstances and worked with me to find a solution that was a win-win for all concerned. Thank you!

Found the entire application process efficient and thorough. Understandably this is to weed out any potentially bad tenants but it is very intrusive of the information they need for an application.

Welsh's team got us into our dream rental so quickly! They were great at keeping us updated throughout the application process, and when finalising our agreement. They've been great organising repairs too. It's so great to have a property management team who are efficient, professional and who care.

My partner and I have rented through Welsh Real Estate for the past 5 years! They have made renting extremely easy. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are moving out from our current property and are lucky enough to have them manage our new place! Highly recommend!

Have rented my house in Maylands with Robin and his team for almost 3 years now, and they have been most professional during this time. Recently my original tenants issued notice to vacate and Robin and his team found me new tenants at the first home open at a very good rent vs market. Will be very happy to continue to use the team at Welsh for this next period of tenancy!

I recently had the experience of being the successful tenant to occupy a property managed by Karen and she was excellent to deal with. She was prompt, flexible and quickly offered solutions. Thank you for making the process easy!
