Have rented my house in Maylands with Robin and his team for almost 3 years now, and they have been most professional during this time. WELSH is been doing a great job for managing my rental properties. Good online advertisement for the property, frequency inspections, regular progress report, prompt response to emails and phone calls etc. I know all agents may do the same things for you, but WELSH's service and professionalism is way better than another agent I was with before.
