Excellent home buying experience all around. Brendon was very helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process from first home open, final inspection, settlement and beyond. Because of this experience, we decided to ask Welsh Real Estate to property manage the property. They were able to put a tenant in there exactly 4 weeks after the property settlement date.
