Craig is an excellent agent. A situation arose in the middle of selling my unit and Craig was absolutely wonderful. He took over and sold my unit under unexpected circumstances other wise I would not have been able to sell my unit. Anyone would be very happy with Craig as agent. If I ever return to the Belmont area I would not hesitated to contact Craig. Mary

We listed Robin to sell our house as he lives in the area. Robin was passionate about the area and was up to date and very knowledgable with the Belmont forum redevelopment. Robin didn't disappoint, he kept us informed throughout the short period that it took to sell our house in the price range that we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robin and his team at Welsh reality.

I have had the great joy of working with Chantal with the sale of my house. I can’t tell you how happy I have been with her and the work she has done for us. Firstly she is a truly lovely person and so enthusiastic about helping her clients. She has kept in touch with us all through the process and made sure we always know what was happening. It has been so easy compared to our previous experiences in the real estate field. And then what she has done for us with the sale has been fantastic, she was aware we needed a quick sale and boy did she get that for us. We couldn’t be happier with the price she got for us and the speed she sold it. I have been so impressed from my first contact, I asked for tips on showing a home and got a wonderful brochure and exact page numbers, through to the appraisal and sale campaign. The person she found to take the photos made our house look a million dollars and I totally loved them. But mostly, despite the long hours you work in the real estate field, she has been positive, supportive and a joy to know.

We were very happy with the effort from Robin and his team. All our dealings with him and his staff were pleasant and encouraging. They always kept us informed with what was happening and were prompt in replying to our queries. Robin's advice in how to handle our sale was spot on and we would recommend him and his staff :)

Craig took over the sale of our property after our agent left and sold it in 2 weeks! He was professional and approachable and gave completely honest feedback. He kept us in the loop with all aspects of our sale and knew the market 100%. We have no doubt that it was Craigs sales and negotiating skills that got the sale over the line. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone looking to sell.

Craig was relaxed, welcoming and communicated clearly and promptly and accurately responded to my requests for information regarding the sale, then at all stages up to the settlement and afterwards as well.

Chantal has been very helpful during the buying process. Despite that we are a co located, Chantal kept us informed on the negotiation and has been fantastic in referring us to other services required by the property. Finally, the settlement has been a smooth one with Chantal assisting a long. I would recommend Chantal to those who are looking forward someone who are knowledgable and dedicated in their field of work.

Making the decision to change agent and going with Chantal was the best decision we made! The selling of a property during a difficult market is always a stressful experience, however having an agent who provided a personalised experience, an agent who was efficient, innovative and creative made all the difference. We had confidence in Chantal's genuine and caring nature, knowledge of the market, honest advise and prompt communication. This provided great comfort knowing our property was in good hands. Thanks Chantal for everything.

Criag had been very helpful to ensure all request and enquire was met. In a scenerip is he was in doubt, he would inform and found out the answer or procedure before he got back to me.
