This was not our new experience dealing with Welsh Real Estate but was our first with Chantal Ricupero. We have to say Chantal has been reasonably helpful from the start. She is easy to work with, patience, compromising and efficient. She constantly try her best as an agent to negotiate deal and benefits as well as keeping us posted througout the buying process. At times when we have questions or unclear circumstances, she did go all out to search for answers instead of neglecting the issues. And all these didn't only last during the express on interest, but continued throughout the settlement as well as after key handover. We couldn't be happy enough of our purchase and experience with Chantal, would need to say she has provided a commendable service which worth us passing on the good words!!!

Just over 3 months from my initial consultation with Chantal to settlement was a terrific result give I spent nearly 6 weeks of that period (i.e. before my property went to market) preparing my property for presentation including re-painting and landscaping. Chantal's assistance in arranging the necessary tradespeople was greatly appreciated particularly my husband and I were both still working and had limited time to seek out the tradespeople. Chantal's knowledge of the local property market and my intentions as a genuine seller seeking only a realistic market price resulted in a sale shortly after the property went to market. It was an intense period post signing of the sale and purchase contract in meeting contract conditions and I relied heavily on Chantal to ensure that was done to the purchasers' satisfaction. I met Craig at the open house for a property I was looking at purchasing in Kewdale. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the property, and what he didn't know know was investigated and communicated promptly the following day. The process of offer and acceptance was quick, and while I did put in an offer higher than what I originally wanted to pay on his recommendation, it was still below asking and Craig got the seller to accept my first offer. The rest of the process was smooth and efficient thanks to Craig and his team. I didn't look to Craig for market knowledge, but he seemed experienced with the negotiation process and the price the unit was likely to sell at. I was very happy with Craig's professionalism, sociability, and communication, and would happily recommend him and Welsh Real Estate to any of my friends or colleagues moving forward.
