I met Craig at the open house for a property I was looking at purchasing in Kewdale. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the property, and what he didn't know know was investigated and communicated promptly the following day. The process of offer and acceptance was quick, and while I did put in an offer higher than what I originally wanted to pay on his recommendation, it was still below asking and Craig got the seller to accept my first offer. The rest of the process was smooth and efficient thanks to Craig and his team. I didn't look to Craig for market knowledge, but he seemed experienced with the negotiation process and the price the unit was likely to sell at.
