We found Andrew to be a truly honest real estate agent and would have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your home for you. As a seller, its always hard to accept the real value of what your property is truly worth because you are emotionally attached. Andrew was very sensitive to this from the beginning, which from experience, we believe is a rare trait in the real estate game. (It never appeared it was just about a sale for him). Testament to this was once the initial sell price was agreed, Andrew never once suggested that we reduce the price of our home during the sales cycle. This told us Andrew understands the housing market, believed in what he was selling, which in turn resulted in a quick sale at the price we wanted. By the amount of potential buyers that came through our weekly half hour home opens, it also appears Andrew has a loyal following of buyers as well. James treated me with respect, was honest, reliable, on time or called letting me know he was 5 minutes away, he organized to show my kids the property, calmed me down when I freaked out. I would not only use James again I would only use James buying or selling. My experience with other agents was absolutely shocking. I am a single mum with 3 kids who needed a property quick.
