I was recommended to Tristan from two separate sources who had worked with him successfully in the past. From the first meeting, I was impressed with not only Tristan, but the team effort approach that was explained. From listing to settlement, the whole team has been great to work with to ensure nothing was left to chance or overlooked. This gave me a high level of confidence in the process, leading to an outcome I am very happy with.

John was an excellent communicator and kept me well informed throughout the process. Really appreciate all his efforts and help throughout the sale process, particularly in a less than ideal market conditions. Highly recommended. Would definitely sell through him again.

It was amazing to find a real estate agent that cares and is interested in your home and the things that make it special and unique Whether its the quality appliances or the effort you have put in to maintaining your home Tristan and his team took the time to make themselves informed and knowledgeable about it which I’m sure allows them to sell well. Tristan is knowledgeable about this industry and that shows also within the team. Thankyou to Tristan and his team !

John has been wonderful from start to finish. He has always been very kind, accommodating and professional. He worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly and has been very patient with us throughout the whole process. He was available at all hours to support both buyer and seller which is a credit to him as it shows that he is not only there for a quick dollar and he genuinely cares about everyone. We had a few hiccups along the way (nothing to do with selling the property and definitely not due to John) but he went over and beyond his responsibilities as an agent to help fix this for us. I honestly could not fault one single thing and have been very happy with John and his team. This is the second house he has sold for us and I wouldn't think of using another agent in the area because John truly is the best. Thank you

From our initial contact with John he demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the property market in McDowall and surrounding suburbs. He impressed us with his marketing and negotiation strategies and helped us though some challenges that arose after a contract was signed. He achieved a sale price that we were happy to accept after a short time on the market.
