Tristan really did make the sale process of our property extremely stress free. From the initial appraisal, to the marketing and then the home open inspection day which resulted in immediate offers, we were kept informed and advised. Tristan has a marketing strategy that showcases the property and advertises extensively to reach all potential buyers. The result of this was evident in the number of people attending the home open on an extremely hot and uncomfortable day. With the large number of buyers in attendance at both home inspections Tristan was able to negotiate a sale price above our expectations.
