Selling a property could easily become a failure if the sales agent doesn’t see all the details, opportunities and challenges. I engaged a couple of agents and Tristan was the only one who noticed some major issues in my property and come up with a plan. He didn’t use Corelogic to tell me how much my property worth, but he gave a clear plan to achieve something that others couldn’t. So my advise to you is , trust him and let him run the show. His services is value for money. (Don’t worry about spending some money on renovation or paying a little bit more fee, you will make more profit at the end) He also helped me with some reliable tradesmen to upgrade my property with minimum hassle. Thanks Tristan and his strong team.

As a seller we came to Tristan after a very bad experience selling off market through another Agent. Tristan's knowledge of the Northern Suburbs is unmatched and he was able to find significant pre-market interest in the property. He advised us to list the property and within 24 hours he presented us with an incredible offer. Deal done. Tristan has the ability to sort the tire kickers from the real deal very quickly. Backed up by a great office team I would highly recommend him.

Tristan does what he says he will he knows his business I must admit I was dubious at first when he said he cares about his clients. Typical salesman I thought sure you care about your commission and I more or less told him so. He took all my scepticism with professionalism, knowledge and a great sense of humour. Tristan followed through with everything he said he would he got us a record price and I couldn’t be happier. He has since gone out of his way to help and advise me on my next endeavour with nothing to gain. In Tristan’s words he’s a “bloody legend” In mine Tristan is a good guy with knowledge and integrity couldn’t recommend him enough 10/10.

From the beginning until the very end this man has gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a real estate agent . His commitment and communication has been of an exceptional level , which had led us to be able to both purchase and sell in our local area at same time for record breaking numbers . Aside from the buy and sell he has been more than helpful to get the job done . I couldn’t recommend this guy enough if your selling or buying a property .
