We first met John approx. 5 years ago while looking at property to buy in this region and so we are familiar with him as both a prospective buyer and now as a seller. John has an excellent firsthand knowledge of the local Market and also of potential buyers looking to move into the area. He is also a local, which means that he is very well connected with people and organisations in the area. Our house was probably what others might consider to 'sell itself'. However, for us this is the culmination of a life time of hard work and we were not prepared to risk the sale with people we didn't know or trust.
