From start to finish the experience was a breeze. You can tell Tristan and the team at Stone Aspley know what they’re doing, they are both professional and personal in guiding you through the process and we got an amazing result from just one open home, we were over the moon. Would highly recommend!!

Tristan has a great rapport with the seller or buyer and a great knowledge of the suburbs he specializes in , Tristan was direct and precise in what we could achieve for this property and made history in the fact of getting the highest price per square meter for a knock down in Wavell heights . I have no problem recommending Tristan for your property .

Tristan and his team work together really well to provide excellent customer service and provide a relaxed experience when trying to buy or sell your house . We engaged tristan to sell our house at Wavell Heights finding Tristan is very prompt in returning phone calls and any queries we were seeking. Tristan sold our house for a great price in a tough market and we were extremely happy with the final outcome. We found the whole team to be extremely professional and would definitely engage Tristan and his team to buy and sell property again.

It was time for me to downsize as I am now on my own after the death of my husband. I needed someone I could trust and I knew it would be John. I knew him from my grandchildren’s school and had seen his name on so many properties in the area so I knew he understood the local market better than anyone. He is such a great listener, he knew why I wanted to sell, he helped me organise everything to get the house ready for sale, helped me choose lawyers and building inspectors and kept in constant contact which was very reassuring and even gave me advice with my downsizing purchase. I could not recommend John enough for his care and commitment for getting me the best price and best family to make new memories in my house. You will never regret choosing John as your realtor he is a real gentleman.

John was given the hard task to sell a property in a remote area. He displayed professionalism, determination and patience throughout the process. His constant communication was valuable and very much appreciated. John was trustworthy and committed to achieving our expectations. We would definitely recommend John and his team to anyone seeking a real estate agent.

We first met John approx. 5 years ago while looking at property to buy in this region and so we are familiar with him as both a prospective buyer and now as a seller. John has an excellent firsthand knowledge of the local Market and also of potential buyers looking to move into the area. He is also a local, which means that he is very well connected with people and organisations in the area. Our house was probably what others might consider to 'sell itself'. However, for us this is the culmination of a life time of hard work and we were not prepared to risk the sale with people we didn't know or trust. John, Matt and the Stone Aspley team have been very professional, action oriented, considered and do what they say they are going to do. John's communication and keeping us uptodate was excellent. Kristy and I have no hesitation in recommending John as a trustworthy guy who does his absolute best to get the best price and close the deal.

It has been a pleasure dealing with John. I found his name in an internet search; I am not local to the area where the property was sold. John always 'touched base' and the family was always kept aware of current situations in relation to offers etc.

When we decided to sell our house to downsize, we had no hesitation in asking John to be our agent having witnessed what an excellent result he achieved for our neighbours across the road. John has an excellent grasp of the local market and we were impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the market and he provided an accurate appraisal of the value of our house which resulted in the house going under contract in under a week. We have no hesitation in recommending John and his excellent team to any prospective sellers.

John is very aware of his market and the demographics it would appeal to. He is very professional & organised. He is a very hard worker with the ability to juggle various projects whilst gaining positive results for his clientele. The 2 open homes in one day is an example of his ambitious drive & enthusiasm for his work. Thanks to this we finally had a successful sale of our home, allowing us to move on. With much appreciation.
