He was extremely helpful with recommending tradespeople leading up to getting my property on the market, and we hit the ground running with an excellent marketing campaign, which found the buyer within 2 days, a written offer within 3 days and a contract within 5 days!! And all of this during lockdown!! His excellent support team of Thomas and Kayti made the “behind the scenes” effortless. There was a hiccup along the way, but with true professionalism, I was not aware of this till after the fact, as Tristan solved the problem along the way. We knew John through involvement in sport and asked him to sell my in-laws house a couple of years ago. He certainly went above and beyond to get us a rapid sale at a great price. Of course we chose John again to sell my parents house at Stafford Heights. Again he has gone above and beyond to get us a rapid sale, sold at first open house with the buyer asking for an inspection two days before. John is the consummate professional - extremely knowledgeable about the market, & even better, someone who understands the value of targeted marketing using traditional channels & all relevant online platforms including social media. He works hard to pursue buyers from the demographics most likely to be interested in your home. John stands out because of his high levels of integrity & his communication skills. He keeps you informed but is not intrusive. My experience was also that he was strategic in his thinking. If he foresees any problems, he comes to you with possible solutions already in mind. He is very personable but also direct, making sure you have a realistic understanding of achievable outcomes at the outset, then he exceeds the target.
