John came in after a fail with another agent and provided advice on renovations, dealt with tradesmen, inspectors, dressed the house for sale, and took care of everything asked of him, and more. John had a contract on the table after the first open house. This contract went through settlement. We could not have been happier with John's work ethic, diligence and honesty to us as vendors and also, I'm sure, to the buyers. I would have no hesitation recommending John as an agent. When we planned to look at selling an investment property in McDowall I interviewed a number of local real estate agents. The reasons we settled on John and his team were that he assured us he would achieve a timely sale and an excellent price. We were impressed also with his courteous presentation, clear explanations of his proposed strategies and his enthusiasm for the challenge. John and the team were as good as their word. They had a number of properties that they were concurrently selling, but John kept in constant contact and made us feel as if we were his only client. Stone Real Estate’s commission was marginally higher than that of other agents I interviewed, but John achieved at least $25,000 more than the next agent had said we could expect and in a good time frame.
