John came in after a fail with another agent and provided advice on renovations, dealt with tradesmen, inspectors, dressed the house for sale, and took care of everything asked of him, and more. John had a contract on the table after the first open house. This contract went through settlement. We could not have been happier with John's work ethic, diligence and honesty to us as vendors and also, I'm sure, to the buyers. I would have no hesitation recommending John as an agent.
