I highly recommend John - he is has a lot of knowledge and experience in the area, which is important in an agent. My house was on the market for a long time - I initially went with a different agent who didn't bring many people through and I switched to John - he was very enthusiastic, professional and he had successful strategies which brought many people through and he worked hard for a long time (the market had slowed down due to the impact of the election) and he found the right buyer. John worked with co-agent Matt who was also enthusiastic and easy to deal with - a great team with excellent communication skills.
