Tristan and his team were great communicators, and always took the time to respond to emails and calls. They were professional and welcoming. Sale was quick due to Tristan's network of potential buyers. Great price. Would definitely recommend

I met John through negotiations of a property we wanted to buy, he worked hard for his vendor and I knew I wanted him to sell our property when the time came. John has worked tirelessly to sell our Aspley property, he knows the local market and sets realistic price expectations. When it comes to negotiations he won't undersell you to make the deal. Thank you John for being by our side during the journey of selling our house, I would highly recommend John as an agent.

John worked hard to get a result in a difficult market.

I can’t rate Tristan more highly. His marketing strategy was different to all other agents we met with and this secured us multiple offers with only one open house required. Tristan was able to negotiate with the buyer to get the price we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. The communication was excellent- thanks in part to his fantastic team. Tristan also managed a number of contract roadblocks and kept us informed and educated on the process. I cannot rate Tristan more highly and would use him and recommend him to anyone.

Tristan is very knowledgeable, honest and communicates every step of the way with clients. Tristan sold my property at the first open home for a great price and managed to keep the tenants happy through the journey also. This was due to Tristan's experience and knowledge of the sector and research he had done on the market and his ability to communicate well with all stakeholders involved. Tristan gave me solid advice, first class service, was extremely respectful and got me a great result very fast! I would recommend Tristan for sure and also the rest of his team at PLACE, they have all given me great service! Thanks a million Tristan!!!!

Tristan is an amazing agent. He has incredible knowledge of the market, our area and the trends. I came to find him very personable, knowledgeable and I felt like he was doing his very best to get a good price for me. Nothing was too much to ask of him and he and his team were excellent to deal with. Communication was excellent- there were no silly questions being first time seller. He knew exactly how to approach selling our property. I can not recommend him highly enough. I am so happy with the whole process and outcome dealing with Place at Aspley. He deserves all the awards he has won!

I followed all the local agents performances for 6 months before selecting John Bradley from Place. He was achieving prices that reflected the surrounding suburbs, which I felt some of the other popular agents were not. I told him this, and that my expectations of him were high. His committment, communication, advice and negotiating skills were astonishing. We achieved a price that was fair to myself and the purchasers. I am a huge fan and can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks John.

I have had an excellent experience working with Tristan for the sale of my property. Not only did Tristan sell the house in no time at all, he answered every phone call and well and truly went above and beyond. I owned the property with an ex partner and Tristan facilitated two way communication between the two of us with tact and discretion. He ensured a smooth and professional process. 10/10
