We cannot recommend John highly enough, we had been searching for over a year for the perfect house for us. Over that year we bugged John so many times...nothing was ever an issue. Whenever there was any home close to our tick off list John was on the phone to us. Outstanding professionalism, he even talked to other agents when we found a house close to perfect. The day John phoned us and said he found a property that ticked all our boxes we knew that it was 99% going to our new home. On inspection John was 100% correct it ticked all our boxes and then some. We signed up there an then...we downsized from a house to a home...we finally have our home thanks to John. It has seriously changed so many aspects of our lives and we couldn't be happier, and it is purely thanks to Johns patience and hard work we cannot thank him enough!!! We approached John Bradley to be our agent after he sold the house next door to us for an amazing price in a speedy time frame. Little did we know, he had so much more to offer. Life had gotten in the way for us and our much loved family home needed much love and hard work (read as total renovation inside and out) before we could hope to achieve a good price for it. John appeared and spoke enthusiastically about our location and the potential he saw in our property. We were ready to move on and our move was not local. “No problem,” enthused John and at our first meeting John took on the project management of our total makeover. We gave John a budget and carte blanc to work his magic. On seeing the project part way through, I remember saying to John, “You are definitely going to have to sell this. I hate what you are doing to our yard!” But trust and a professional friendship had developed to the extent that we both had faith that everything was going to be ok (and the yard looks amazing!) John selected floor coverings, paint colours, new kitchen and new bathrooms. He even moved a wall! We wished we had thought of that years ago! As the project progressed our confidence and delight increased. Days before the first open house we arrived to meet with John and he and his trusty offsider Matt were in shorts and tshirts on hands and knees; cleaning windows, wiping away the tiniest trace of imperfection. The stylist arrived; assessed, rented furniture and styled our beautiful home. I believe we broke records for open house views and we were not disappointed when a lovely young family chose to build their family memories in the home that held 20+ years of our memories. Was it worth it? Yessssss! The cost of renovation and time was well repaid. We could not have done it without John and Matt, two fabulous agents. We are now set to move to the next phase of our lives.

I had an high quality and delightful experience during sale of my property. John's knowledge, understating of the market and buying patterns in the suburbs was well above the other agent we engaged during the initial phases. These factor enabled us to make decide to list our property with him. I was blown away about the accuracy of his assessment about the sale value of the property. The marketing and promotional strategies he formulated to maximise the sale value brought exceptional results for me (these were so different to others agents, i.e. other agents recommend approx. 15% less in sale value). He is very passionate about his work and puts in lots of effort to ensure that we got the best results in the sale process. He is very good in communication and kept me informed at every stage of the process. I felt in total control on the sale process. What surprised me delightfully was how he generated the interest in the market about my house that resulted in lots of walk-ins open house and offer being made on the first open house day. I believe he found the most suitable family for the house. I am really happy that the entire journey has be very easy and I hope the new owners feel the same and enjoy their new home. My initial meeting with John left me certain that he is an ethical salesperson and a go-getter, and would likely be the agent I would appoint to sell our much loved home. He answered all my questions, and I was confident he'd strive for the best possible result when we were ready to sell.
