Poor with making payments. Then they deliver a number of excuses, while say they payments were definately made. When you provide evidance the payments have not been made, they start ignoring you and completely stop responding. I do not recommend this real estate agent. When you have to start chasing things like this up, it defeates the purpose of even having a property manager.

The service I have received from Buxton has always been extremely professional. They look after my investment property for me and as I live a fair distance away it is very comforting to know that Jess takes care of everything for me. Jess is always efficient and supportive and takes care of things promptly and cheerfully. I had some unforseen issues with my property and was very heartened to also have the support of Tim who sold me the property. He went above and beyond in helping me at what was a very stressful time. I am grateful to both Jess and Tim and recommend Buxton Ballarat highly.
