Although my rental journey seemed slow to start with a couple of unsuccessful applications it soon picked up momentum and I received a couple of approvals. The Property Manager and team were very patient and were able to ease my anxiety about finding a suitable rental property within my price range. I appreciate all their assistance during a very stressful time in covid lockdown.

I have been very disappointed with Buxton Ballarat. I have lost money on my investment, allowing a tenant to break her lease and not have to continue to pay rent. The house not left up to standard, bond returned to tenant and new tenants rushed in. Then not being able to increase my rent, due to break lease. I am still having issues trying to sort this out. Not happy at all! I have had several issues with accounts. They have had to refund me money on 3 different occasions. Hundreds of dollars. Not a good start. My son is also with Buxton and has had a lot of issues. I hope this improves.

Carmen Moors has been the most amazing property manager I have ever experienced in my 18 years of renting!! She has gone above and beyond for me and I can’t speak highly enough of her knowledge, professionalism, dedication to her work, extremely pleasant nature and her exceptional willingness to be helpful in any way that she can be. Buxton’s as a whole has been excellent communicators and has kept in contact with me and letting me going on every step of the way. How rare is that?! They have been excellent to deal with and I highly recommend that if you are buying, selling or renting a property, Buxton’s Real Estate Ballarat should be your first port of call as I simply cannot fault their service in any way, especially Carmen’s. She is simply marvelous!! She is accommodating, and follows up very quickly on any request or query. She treats you like a person and not a number or a $. Sarah at Buxton Ballarat was a pleasure to deal with. Every step of the way she kept us updated, was responsive to requests and questions and was happy to help in any way needed. Everything was done in the time of lockdown (we were moving from Melbourne to Ballarat) and she still managed to give a great virtual inspection for us and provided measurements needed for appliances etc. I would highly reccomend Sarah and the Buxton Ballarat team!

Jess Stevenson has been managing my property for around 4 years now.
