We were with PRD originally and we were not getting any results from them, Maintenance was over looked and there was no sense of urgency to find new tenants and close off items, So far our 1 month with Buxton we have secured a good rental return on 1 property and had a smooth transition between agencies. We are confident that out growing portfolio will be well looked after.

I found the team at Buxton's Ballarat great to deal with, excellent communication & prompt to reply to any queries. As a first time investor Jamie explained everything needed and couldn't ask for anything else. I also asked for an appraisal on my property which was done on the same day. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

We have been renting with the same agency for 6 years, and we’re worried about trying to get a rental with someone new. The first house we applied for was with Buxton and only a couple days later, the property manager was straight on the phone with us telling us we were accepted for the house! Jess (our property manager) has made this an absolute breeze for us. Calling us when things need to be done, always being accessible to us and always answers our questions every time we ask. Renting through Buxton literally feels like a weight has been lifted off our shoulders even though the rental market is so tight at the moment! And Thankyou Jess!!!

In our recent searches for a temporary home, all of the staff we worked with at Buxton's were helpful, interested and engaged. This was not the case for the other 3 agencies in Ballarat we engaged, Buxton's engagement with us really was a cut above the rest.

It’s really easy and fast transaction.. they did a good job on talking to me and my husband.. our Agent Jake is the best.. paperwork’s done fast… and the receptionist that assist me (January 27, 2022, 12:30 PM) when I took the set of keys is so lovely and accomodating..

Finally we have a caring agency for our new rental property. They have great communication which I have found in the past other agencies lack. They are extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
