Sarah at Buxton Ballarat was a pleasure to deal with. Every step of the way she kept us updated, was responsive to requests and questions and was happy to help in any way needed. Everything was done in the time of lockdown (we were moving from Melbourne to Ballarat) and she still managed to give a great virtual inspection for us and provided measurements needed for appliances etc. I would highly reccomend Sarah and the Buxton Ballarat team!

Jess Stevenson has been managing my property for around 4 years now. I've had 3 different tenants come and go and everytime she sorts it all out for me, increases rent when fair and reasonable and always chooses outstanding tenants who pay their rent on time and take care of my house. Even in these times of covid restrictions, she's managed to do just that within weeks of the previous tenant submitting their intent to depart. Just recently rented out my Investment Property in Ballarat under Buxton Ballarat Management. Very easy and straight forward online process to sign the contract with them as well as signing the rental agreement with the tenant.
