They look after my investment property for me and as I live a fair distance away it is very comforting to know that Jess takes care of everything for me. Jess is always efficient and supportive and takes care of things promptly and cheerfully. I had some unforseen issues with my property and was very heartened to also have the support of Tim who sold me the property. He went above and beyond in helping me at what was a very stressful time.
