First off Buxton was amazing! Super helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. Once we moved into the property (the property manager said everything was fine in the house and I didn’t need to come and inspect again.) we've had a number of ‘issues’ with the house ex: how clean the house was or keys not working. Anyway, since moving in it’s basically impossible to get a hold on the property manager. If it wasn’t for a 12 month lease, we would have moved as in our opinion it’s wrong when they go above and beyond before you sign, and as soon as you do you get shoved to the side. On a positive note, office ladies are extremely kind :)

The communication was great when I was looking as a prospective renter, however now that I've signed the lease it's difficult to get a hold of my agent for repairs to essential equipment in the property. It seems like their priorities are obtaining new renters and existing renters are an afterthought.
