Attention to detail
Courtney is our property Manager for our Rental Property and we couldn't be happier with her diligence and attention to detail for recent renovations we have completed at the Property. We have used previous agents within Ballarat for other properties we have owned and never got the same attention to detail. Jamie runs a good ship at Ballarat Property Group.

A very positive experience
Ballarat Property Group has been managing my rental property in Ballarat for the whole time I have owned it (about four years). They have provided an excellent service: timely and sound advice, conscientious attention to documentation, routine checks done on time, and extremely thorough and savvy assessments of prospective tenants.

Pro-active and great due-diligence before tenants applications
Josh and co team at Buxton are very pro-active and doing fantastic job. They are doing thorough due-diligence of the tenant's applications and presents recommendations to the landlord which i found very convenient as a landlord. Keep up the good work Buxton team.

A pleasure to deal with!
We could not have asked for a better PM in Chantal! Moving interstate is a big move and it was made so much easier by Chantal. Nothing was a problem throughout our tenancy. Would highly recommend.

Super team effort
My rental property has had a number of renters over the past couple of years. My rental was quickly rented without any fuss or bother to me, and I was notified of each opening and each application. I couldn’t be more happy with the service that the whole team at Buxton‘s have given me. I am always kept up to date with what’s happening with the property, and any maintenance issues are quickly reported and fixed. Thanks for making my investment experience hassle free.
