Abbey Dove responded to my request for rental appraisal on a very short notice and provided all the required info. Property was leased within 2 weeks after being advertised. Lachlan Phyland is our property manager currently and has been updating us regularly about the inspections etc. We are very happy with the service provided by the Buxton team so far.

We have engaged Ballarat Property group to manage our rental property for the last two years. The dedicated and efficient service has been exceptional. We have recently acquired another rental property in the area and had no hesitation in trusting Ballarat Property Group to manage it on our behalf.

We have had a great experience with Buxton their ability to have the property prepared for least in such short notice is awesome. Everyone we’ve dealt with have also been super friendly.

As a landlord-Buxton took over my rental property a few years ago and they have been really great to deal with-over the phone and in person. They take the time to listen and follow through with any queries that I have. Highly recommend!

The rental agent that we had was very prompt with returning phone calls and arranging any maintenance that needed to be done, whilst we were tenants. When we were leaving, they were very very quick to arrange inspections and get new tenants in. All inspections were carried out smoothly and promptly, with respect for us, as we were still living in the property. Very happy to recommend them.
