After buying a rental property with another agent, I shopped around for a reasonable deal on having my property managed and luckily found Trish at Ballarat Property Group. The rates were very reasonable, the paperwork and advertising was handled efficiently and a tenant was found within a week and moved in the day after the property settled! I really couldn't ask for more and this was all handled via phone and email as I don't even live locally. I highly recommend this business :)

We pay more than 2500 when we leave the house . For painting , cleaning and gardening. This is a lot bc we also use commercial cleaning and also pay 500 dollars . I already ask agent to find best commercial cleaning and deduct from bond . But they said no . I had to manage everything. But the result is we need to pay rxtra for commercial cleaning . That is not fair .
