Trudi has only recently become our agent but she is fabulous. She always returns my calls promptly and I feel she takes a strong sense of responsibility. We work well together as a team which is a great benefit to managing our properties.

After having an awful experience with Biggin and Scott Ballarat, I was at a loss as to who to trust my investment property with being in Melbourne and having had my place previously trashed by tenants and left in arrears with no communication from my managing agent Sandy. I rang BPG after reading some reviews and the moment I spoke to them my mind was put at ease. Ruth has gone above and beyond to communicate with me and follow up property matters on my behalf. She has been dedicated in ensuring I don’t repeat the same bad experience and had been honest and committed to making sure I have the right tenants this time around. It may have taken more time, but with the communication and transparency that Ruth exhibits when managing my property I have absolute faith it’s in good hands. Ruth really does her absolute best to maintain a good relationship with both tenants and landlords, and works with you to manage expenses and costs when they come up, which is exactly what you want in someone looking after your investment! Highly recommend!

After comparing Agents, we found Abbey to be the right match for our needs. She had obviously researched the property and the area prior to our meeting and come prepared. She was professional, positive, competitive and effective. Abbey listened to our needs, kept us updated throughout the process and got the job done. Highly recommend. Thank you, Abbey!

I have only deal with Buxton for a short time however so far they have been a pleasure. They have so far been kind and respectful in a way that does not seem insincere and I hope it continues.

Quite amazed at how efficient buxtons are on every level of realestate. We have dealt a lot with the team over the last month and couldn’t be happier with how easy they made our experiences.
