This was my first time experience in renting my place to private tenants and I relied on Buxton’s experience and expertise to get everything done. The professional photos were fantastic and my property rented within a week. Thank you Julie and Abbey.

From the first meeting with Brayden at a rental property inspection, we were delighted with the service offered at Buxton Real Estate. After having attended many rental property inspections, we were starting to feel like small parts in a large machine. Brayden has a warm approach and followed up beyond expectations. The office staff at Buxton were similarly warm, friendly and helpful. Our property manager has smoothed every potential problem and has continued to follow up to ensure we are happy. We would not hesitate to recommend Buxton to anyone!

I initially made contact with Abbey, who was very knowledgeable and focused. Her strength of purpose for making both parties happy in the renting process does her credit. I am a first time landlord and really appreciate Caitlin's understanding to put me at ease through this whole process. Thank you to both of you.
