Professional and diverse
Buxton was the only real estate to jump in and give us a chance. Most said no because we are only 18, but buxton gave us a go with no issues. Thankyou guys! 😁

Caitlyn Harris has been looking after our property in Ballarat for over 12 months and we have been extremely happy with performance as our property manager. She is very knowledgeable and carries out her role in a professional manner, I would have no hesitation in recommending Caitlyn and Buxton to friends and family.

I've employed Buxton as my Property Manager, I have found this agency to be very professional.
Given that this our families first investment, it is very important to have a trusted agent that gives us the reassurance we need to make the best possible choice of agent and prospective tenants. Our dealings with Buxton have illustrated good communication by staff and I have found our property manager to be friendly and courteous on all occasions.

Attention to detail
Lauren was communicative, prompt to carry out all that we asked for and genuinely wanted to get the best tenant for our newly renovated property. She went above and beyond what could be expected, was very efficient and seemed that nothing was too much trouble to assist us.

Truely professional
Abbey Dove, property manager at Buxton Ballarat was a great help to us in leasing our property. She's highly professional, enthusiastic and well organised. Importantly she gave realistic and pragmatic advice to guide us effectively. We secured a quality tenant promptly and at a rent we requested. We genuinely recommend her.
